Теперь я не могу получить ваучеры. Без запроса их просто не дают. Жена попросила и получила их только после этого. Ужасное обслуживание. Запросил ваучеры, которые положены всем новым членам при покупке абонемента, а в ответ сказали, что мне не выдадут, так как я уже не новичок. То, что мне их не выдали ни разу до этого, никого не волнует. Видимо, зажали даже одну бесплатную проходку для друга.

The gym has decent facilities, but the ventilation is lacking, leading to an unpleasant smell most of the time. There are no windows inside, and you must pay for a card since there's no mobile app for entry.

I adore this gym! There's a wide range of equipment. Numerous classes to choose from. Everything is consistently clean and tidy.

The facility is quite dated, and the machines are really old.

The music selection used to be good, but now it's just "depressed gangster rap" playing. It's disappointing because the atmosphere was once vibrant, with motivating deep house and techno. But now, it's more like the soundtrack of a moody teenager's fantasy world. This change really doesn't fit a workout environment. Right now, there are six of us in the studio, and we're all resorting to headphones to block out the heavy American gangster vibe. They should at least try some cool, energetic rap or hip-hop to lift the mood. Please get back to what made you great!

Отличное освещение для позировки. Ночью зал практически пустой. Предоставляют полотенца для тренировок и душа, также есть крем для рук, шампунь и гель. Шкафчики с кодовыми замками очень удобные. Стоимость абонемента в месяц составляет 175 лари, плюс около 20 за карточку для входа через турникеты. Был опыт посещения другого клуба в сити молле, он показался меньше и менее удобным. Актуальная цена на июнь 2024 года - 205 лари, и теперь в зале два Смита. В остальном изменений нет. Всё очень чисто и приятно.

На сайте можно проверить загруженность зала в реальном времени, также есть удобное приложение. Стоимость абонемента составляет 205 лари в месяц, плюс около 20 лари за чип или карту. Absolutely love this gym. The staff are super friendly, and the equipment is all new and high-quality. The group classes are lively, and the app is really helpful. We were so taken with this place that after returning from abroad, we looked for an apartment nearby. Definitely recommend ❤️ The trainers here are fantastic!

The atmosphere and equipment are excellent, but the staff isn’t friendly and doesn’t offer any help. For example, it took 20 days for my payment to go through the app and into the system, so I could access the gym without hassle.

Цены слишком высокие. Чтобы попасть в зал, нужно доплатить за карточку — от 20 лари. Это притом что абонемент всё время дорожает. Нет сауны. Вместо этого за дополнительную плату предлагается массажный кабинет, который никто не посещает. Сотрудник в кепке, отвечающий за уборку, постоянно докучает своими невесёлыми шутками и отвлекает клиентов. По email вопросы решить невозможно — никто не отвечает.

Честно говоря, плюсов нет. Расположение оборудования — полный провал. Максимальный вес для тяги верхнего блока — всего 63 кг, откуда взялась надпись на Смите "Max weight - 25 kg per side"? Очень мало блинов, разбросанных по всему залу. Чтобы собрать свои 250 кг на штангу, бегал по всему залу в поисках 20-килограммовых блинов, и это было днем! Вечером, думаю, это нереально. Зато есть два одинаковых аппарата для аддукторов/абдукторов и целых четыре для скручиваний. Того, кто выбирал тренажеры, нужно уволить без разговоров. Стоимость за этот зал назвать нормальной язык не поворачивается. Утреннего абонемента нет. Мужчины, если вы хотите серьёзно заниматься, ищите другое место, тут только нервы потратите. Летом купил месячный абонемент, так как зал рядом с домом, но до конца не доходил даже, ушел обратно в старый зал. Оценка — единица, только за наличие мыла в душе.

Многие посетители не возвращают гантели на свои места, и персонал зала не следит за порядком, что вынуждает перед каждой тренировкой самостоятельно перемещать тяжести. В позитивных аспектах отмечается наличие хорошей кардиозоны и предоставление бесплатных полотенец.

Сам зал нормальный, но цены слишком высокие. Похоже, что это из-за отсутствия конкурентов и большого спроса. Я понимаю ситуацию, но не могу понять, почему нет гибкости в ценообразовании. В других залах членство с утра стоит дешевле, но здесь нет такой возможности.
Также отсутствуют семейные программы. Я хотел пригласить свою жену, но не готов был доплатить ещё 75 долларов. Она предпочла выбрать более доступный зал для тренировок.
Понятно, что при отсутствии конкурентов можно устанавливать любые цены, и люди всё равно будут приходить. Но когда появится новый зал в округе, ситуация может измениться, и тогда важна будет лояльность постоянных клиентов.

The staff here is incredibly unfriendly. I'm a foreigner and greet them in Georgian, but they ignore me, even though being nice is part of their job. Trainers occupy the machines, and when you ask them to move, they give you hostile looks. I've lived in various countries and visited many gyms, but never experienced this. If you think I'm Russian and treat me poorly for that, you're wrong—I’m Ukrainian, and there's a war in my country now. "Thanks" for such treatment.

The price of 195 GEL per month is not justified for an average gym. The only reason to go there is the lack of other gyms nearby. Initially, the place looks like a high-end fitness club, but soon you notice poorly maintained equipment, and there aren't enough weight plates. You're constantly chasing weights around the gym. Many users don't put the weights back, so you have to move 20kg plates before starting your exercise. The staff doesn't maintain order either. On the positive side, there's a decent cardio zone and they provide free towels.

The trainers there are great, filled with passion for their work, which shows during the sessions. Zura and Nanka are amazing at yoga, while Vika excels in ballet classes and fills you with positivity. Davit is outstanding for group workouts, and Beka is top-notch in boxing. This place truly sparked my love for exercise.

Good gym. It has showers, towels, plenty of treadmills, and an appealing design. There's also a boxing area and a group cycling section.

A decent gym that is slightly better than average, though the prices are quite high. They should fix the equipment. After repairs, the gym rating goes up to 4 stars.

Arguably the top gym in Tbilisi.

My experience with this gym is absolutely flawless. I work out early in the morning between 6 and 7 am, and it's great because there aren't many people around. This makes it easy to use any equipment as soon as you want. They provide a free towel in the gym area, and there are plenty of sanitizers available. The dressing room is always clean and well-maintained. In the month I've been going, I've never come across any broken equipment.

I live 20 minutes from this gym and paid for a year-long membership. One day, I forgot my membership card and had to purchase another one because they don’t bend the rules. The service lacks customer care, typical for a local establishment. Keep this up, and they’ll likely face problems. It's also very expensive, and the gym is usually packed.

Last night, the receptionist told me that "memberships are full," even though I had already purchased several months of membership online. I confirmed with a manager that there are no membership limits, only limits on how many people can be in the gym at once. This was clearly racism against foreigners. But they picked the wrong person to try this with. No amount of racism will stop me from reaching my goals. My membership is paid for, and I just need a key card to walk right in, past that receptionist, and get to my workout. I'll be going to the gym at the same time every night, making sure that receptionist sees me working out and hitting my goals.

I truly suggest this place! The concept here stands out among other fitness centers. The service is top-notch, and the staff is both professional and internationally certified.

Ресепшн обслуживают невнимательные девушки, которые не владеют базовой информацией о своей компании и выглядят растерянными. В зале немного пахнет резиной и тренажёрами. В часы пик заканчиваются полотенца, в помещении душно и не работает вентиляция. В душе периодически ощущается запах серы, душевые нуждаются в уходе, а шампунь бывает пустым. Перед кардио-оборудованием на мониторах бесконечно транслируются рекламы одного и того же фильма и передачи, что со временем начинает раздражать. Музыка однообразная и скучная, вроде энергичная, но совсем не вдохновляющая. Тренеры действительно хорошие, если нужна помощь, они всё объяснят, но для занятий с ними нужно бронировать время, и часто они заняты.

Paying $60 a month for membership doesn't seem justified. Some of the machines are outdated, and several are not in working order. One major problem is the constant shortage of weight plates; it's a struggle to find them even when the gym isn't crowded, and they are rarely on the racks. The functional training area lacks proper organization and space. There are only three basic kettlebells, which feels inadequate. On the plus side, they do offer free towels for the gym and shower, and overall, the place is clean. Nonetheless, the quality of equipment, availability of weights, and well-structured workout areas should be a priority.

A wonderful, modern gym with English-speaking instructors.

Several of the staff members are discriminatory and refused to give memberships to Asians. As a digital nomad from London, this was a highly unusual and disappointing experience. On two separate occasions, I tried speaking to two different staff members, and both told me, "due to covid, we don't have any more memberships." Just 15 minutes later, my Georgian friend asked them, and they suddenly had availability! I am very disappointed, especially since I live right next door, and it would have been so convenient.

This gym doesn't justify its high price. It offers the same equipment as any other gym, nothing stands out. The only perk is online class booking, but they're often fully booked. Forget your card? No exceptions here; the system is rigid. You'll have to go back home to get your card or a plus one card, instead of offering a next-day exception. Sometimes there's a bad smell, and the music feels more like being in a grocery store or mall than a gym. Maybe the cost is for the motivational quotes on the walls. That's all.
