Excellent service. There is a very friendly girl at reception who gave us a detailed introduction to the services on our first visit. We opted for a couples Swedish massage and overall it was good. I was a little sore at times, but chose to keep quiet out of embarrassment. The other half, however, was pleased with the result.The facility itself left an impression: clean and comfortable. The only thing that could be improved is the quality of the shampoo and conditioner.

Отличный сервис! Дружелюбная девушка на ресепшен провела нас через все процедуры, так как мы были впервые. Мы наслаждались парным шведским массажем, который в целом был хорошим, хотя иногда мне было больно из-за моей собственной скованности. Но парню все понравилось. Комплекс очень чистый и удобный. Единственное, что можно улучшить - качество шампуня и кондиционера.

Great place to relax even if you don't have treatments planned. We arrived on a Sunday and unfortunately there were no masters available. The receptionist advised to book a week in advance for weekends, but weekdays are less crowded and you can book treatments a day in advance. Cozy design, cleanliness, friendly staff. Rest after the hamam in the salt room with relaxing music with headphones - a real pleasure. It is important to note the availability of an ice maker for rubbing after sauna. In addition, there is no time limit, which is nice - you can enjoy without rushing.

Какая невероятная красота! Королевский СПА - центр, дизайнеры постарались на славу.Наверное и цены здесь заоблачные и такое впечатление,
что доступ туда только для важных особ. Но конечно я в восторге от всего увиденного. Невероятно красиво,хотелось бы туда попасть. Теперь это
моя мечта. Я не перестаю удивляться Грузией и ее достопримечательностями, меня поражала красота старинных построек, а тут просто в восторге. -
