The staff and manager here are extremely unprofessional. Their behavior is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of respect. They are rude, impolite, and act arrogantly towards customers. The manager behaves as if he owns the store, using inappropriate and offensive language, treating people like his personal employees. This was a truly disgraceful experience. I strongly advise against shopping here.

ужасное обслуживание... стояли 12 человек в очереди, и ни один работник не помог кассиру. оставил дисконтную карту, другой кассир даже не открыла ящик, чтобы проверить, а агрессивно спросила, когда я её оставил. ответил, что точно не помню. она заявила, что не знает, где искать, если я сам не знаю. а нужно было только ящик открыть для проверки. уже однажды из-за этого кассира потерял более 2000 баллов, и теперь снова это повторяется. некоторые здесь считают, что я пришёл к ним домой, а не в магазин, куда они наняты на работу. молодая невысокого роста девушка старше 25, очень грубая.
