Grocery store "Nikora" on Ljubljanska Street, 11

Visited this store to get what I needed, but the experience was disappointing. The cashier, slouched in her chair, barely seemed interested in helping. She scanned items slowly, chatting and laughing with another cashier in Georgian, without a care for me. Her rudeness and lack of professionalism were obvious. The way she carelessly tossed my items, like they were trash, was shocking. I didn't say anything, as I don't speak Georgian. I don't know if this is normal for the store or just this one employee, but I've decided to shop elsewhere after this.

В первый визит потратила 100 лари, а продавщица начала возмущаться на грузинском, как будто у меня откуда-то столько денег. Второй раз купила продукты, но чек мне не дали. Дома обнаружила, что дорогого мороженого в большой упаковке нет! Молодые кассирши так работают. И ещё морковь тоже пропала в другой раз, и снова без чека. Теперь больше туда не хожу. Реально обманывают туристов, китайцев, русских, казахов и других. Своих вроде не обманывают! Стыдно должно быть! У нас ведь вас не обсчитывают, за продавцами следят!

It's unbearably hot inside during winter. They crank up the air conditioner too much in the cold months. Feels like all the food might be spoiled because of it!

За последние полгода я потратил здесь около 5000 лари. Вчера купил мясо, которое оказалось несвежим и испорченным. Магазин не вернул мне 9.90 лари, так как у меня был только чек, а не сам товар (я его выбросил). Больше здесь покупать не буду, надеюсь, вы довольны своими 9.90. Не рекомендую больше здесь покупать. Магазин не проявляет лояльности к клиентам, а их репутация, видимо, не стоит даже 10 лари. Совет для тех, кто купил товар здесь и обнаружил, что он испорчен: не выбрасывайте его, верните в магазин. Раньше у меня было лучшее мнение об этой сети. Но им важны только ваши деньги, они не ценят вас как клиента.

Good selection, stays open late. However, there's a feeling of bothering the cashier. Unfriendly, indifferent staff—same experience with different people. Dogs roaming the aisles... Overall, not great.

A decent spot for picking up groceries and stationery. You can also grab a bite to eat while shopping.

Open all day and night.

The selection is abundant and the prices are reasonable. However, the store is often too crowded. Not all checkout lanes are open. The lighting and general appearance could use some improvement.

The store is alright, but sometimes the cashiers seem quite lazy. I went there to purchase some alcohol and asked if anyone could open the shelf for me. After some grumbling, they told me they didn't have the key. Really? Maybe the manager took it so that no one could buy alcohol? What a mystery.

You can find most of what you need for your weekly groceries here. The selection of vegetables, pantry items, frozen fish, meats, and household products is decent. Be sure to stop by the pancake area where you can enjoy some tea and freshly made pancakes. The customer service is commendable, even if your Georgian language skills are limited.
