The food was fine, no issues there. But the staff completely ruin the experience. I've visited several times, and not once was I treated nicely. They don't even greet you back, just ask "ra" (what). I could ignore it for a while, but this time I just ordered cheesy fries, which should have been easy, right? Yet, the lady managed to be bothersome again. The fries were ready, just sitting in a box, and she stood around doing nothing until another staff member came, added the cheese, and finally gave it to me. I'm never going back.

ცუდი გამოცდილება მქონდა დილის სეანსზე. ხორცი დაწვისგან შეწვა და სალათის ფურცლები თითქოს რამდენიმე დღის უგულებელყოფილია — შავი ფერის იყო. სრული ქაოსი ხდებოდა შიგნით, ალბათ პერსონალი გამოუცდელია.

Место было довольно пустое, но у сотрудников было много онлайн-заказов, из-за чего пришлось ждать около получаса.

Мы постоянно заказываем здесь шаурму и картофель фри. Вчера сделали заказ через Wolt с самовывозом. Указали, что заказ будет готов в 22:53. Пришли вовремя, но наше блюдо не было готово. Сказали подождать 5 минут. Получили наш заказ только в 23:40! Когда муж попытался выяснить, когда будет готова шаурма, нас просто проигнорировали. Когда наконец выдали наш заказ, пакет с едой буквально бросили нам в лицо. Абсолютно хамское обслуживание!! А картофель фри был пережаренным.

No shaurma with nuggets, no shaurma with bread. The staff is rude and useless, they should just stay home. They don't know English.

The portion size of the shaurma is modest, and the taste is nothing special. There aren't enough vegetables, and there's too much pita. The service could use improvement: the display stopped updating right after the order, and the shaurma sat there cooling without any notice.

Это ужасное место. Запах на весь дом. Жильцы просто измучены. Обещания поставить новую вытяжку — ложь. Бессовестная, отвратительная торговая точка. Лучше бы закрылись и исчезли, безобразие.
