Service was efficient; I was told the kebabs would take 20 minutes, but they arrived quite fast. The staff's behavior didn't stand out; it was average for a restaurant. Unfortunately, the food lacked flavor. I couldn't finish my beef kebab with rice, and the lamb kebab was also quite bland. The fries were slightly overcooked. The khachapuri, a Georgian cheese-filled bread, tasted too salty for my liking, although that might be typical. We ended up leaving most of what we ordered. Perhaps my taste was expecting something more Arabian from a shawarma place, which this wasn't. Prices were reasonable. We paid about 70 lari for two kebabs with rice, khachapuri, fries, ayran, and a coke. There was no AC, but the restroom was clean.
