The soups here are absolutely the best in Tbilisi. They offer a smart and creative blend of traditional Georgian recipes with Asian flavors. It’s truly amazing, wow. I can’t get enough of their Bozbashi soup, Chikhirtma, and Khinkali soup. Delicious!

Delicious and authentic dishes in a relaxed setting. Highly recommend for those who appreciate culinary artistry. The ingredients are top-notch. Everything was flawless. An easy 5-star experience. Manager Mr. Shota was very gracious and provided excellent menu insights and suggestions. Truly enjoyed my dinner here. Satisfaction guaranteed, thank you! The panna cotta was exceptional! 👌

Посещение этого места было уникальным и незабываемым опытом для меня. Изумительные вкусы местной кухни, и, в особенности, их знаменитый хаш, наполнили меня теплом и чувством удовольствия. Уютная и спокойная атмосфера создала идеальную обстановку для моего особенного вечера. Обслуживание также произвело на меня большое впечатление, официанты подсказали самые лучшие варианты и поделились историей блюд. Особенно хочется выделить, что цены приятно удивили и приятно ощущать, что я получила более чем ожидала, не переплатив при этом. Это заведение точно заставило меня почувствовать себя как дома и я с нетерпением жду возможности посетить его снова!

Amazing food and wine selection. The staff was very helpful and gave great advice. Parking was a bit difficult, but the open kitchen was a lovely touch. Très bonne nourriture avec de bons conseils, jolie cuisine ouverte.

Этот ресторан называют "Khasheria", а их хаш — это просто разочарование: водянистый, совсем не острый и абсолютно ужасный.

Прилетели и поселились в отель поздно вечером, пошли погулять и увидели данный ресторан-трудно не заметить приличное заведение. Заказывали грузинские блюда: хинкали, шашлыки, вино, десерты. Нам понравилось, было некоторое недопонимание официантами, но все решалось быстро и с улыбкой. Спасибо за хорошее настроение. Отмечу интересный интерьер ресторана.

Mixing Georgian and fusion dishes brings an amazing flavor, in my opinion. I tried a mushroom soup and absolutely loved it. This place has become one of my favorite spots in Tbilisi.

Заказал чикиртму, жареные мясные шарики, пиво и хлеб, который оказался кукурузной лепешкой. Был после ночной гулянки, с похмелья и голодный. Не доел ни одно из блюд — слишком солёно, даже для похмельного состояния. Кажется, на кухне не пробуют свои блюда перед подачей. Персонал сначала не обращал внимания: я явно не мог определиться, а кассир всё это время стоял ко мне спиной и разговаривал с кухней. Но это не самое главное. Финальный счёт меня неприятно удивил: 79 лари за чикиртму (18), пиво (16), солёные кукурузные лепешки (8) и солёные мясные шарики (19) плюс 18% НДС. Может, я и не математик, но всё это должно было обойтись примерно в 71 с налогом. В чеке указана только общая сумма, без деталей заказа. Впечатление неприятное и цена завышена, возвращаться точно не буду. К тому же сидеть за столиком было неудобно: большие столы на коротких ножках, как для детей. Советовал бы хозяину попробовать свои блюда, вряд ли он останется доволен. Если заведение в фудкорте почти пустое, это уже о многом говорит.

The soups are incredible, but I preferred the vibe of the former spot.

Sehr authentische Küche, schön präsentiert und reich im Kräutergeschmack. Die Brühe als Basis für die Suppe ist hervorragend. Offene Küche, der Kellner erklärt gut und ist freundlich. Der hausgemachte trockene Rotwein ist exzellent. Perfekt.

Цены слишком высокие для Тбилиси, но качество оставляет желать лучшего. Пиво стоит 16 лари, что просто безумие. Суп с пельменями был весьма посредственным. Не рекомендую пробовать шкмерули: соус разочаровал, а курица была розовой в некоторых местах. Думаю, заведение испортилось из-за своей популярности.

Если хотите испортить впечатление о Грузии и её кухне, вам сюда. Шумно, как на фудкорте, дорого и совсем невкусно.

The Kharco on polenta was outstanding, probably one of the top meals I’ve enjoyed this year. It's astonishing how a simple dish can be so impressive. I'd definitely recommend checking out this place.

We love this place! Every time we visit Bath, we make sure to stop by for their healthy meal options and our beloved Bosbashi soup, ever since discovering their first spot in Abanotubani. Now that they’ve opened in Orbeliani, we couldn’t be happier. Chef Tekuna Gachechiladze has created an amazing healthy Georgian fusion that we absolutely adore. Highly recommend.

Абсолютно вкусно. Блюда просто удивительные, с множеством разных вкусов. Захочется вернуться сюда снова без сомнений. Даже домашний хлеб впечатляет.

The khashi is decent here, but it didn't quite live up to the hype for me. It's a simple broth with tripe and chili oil, and I was expecting something more extraordinary. The bread made from artisan Georgian grains, however, is quite tasty.

Etli geleneksel Gürcü çorbası diye sipariş ettiğimiz şey, bol kişnişli kötü bir işkembe çorbası olarak geldi. Gerçekten çok kötüydü. 👎👎👎

The khinkali soup was delicious, maybe the best soup I’ve ever tasted. 👌🏻

За несколько лет это место изменилось, причем не в лучшую сторону. Еда с претензией на домашнюю, но по факту как-то совершенно не вкусно. Цены гораздо выше, чем в аналогичных заведениях. Порции маленькие, что совершенно не похоже на грузинский ресторан. Официанты не очень приветливые.

My husband and I had an awful time at this place. They were out of almost everything on the menu and didn't even bother to apologize. The waiter, who said his name was Alexaandre Basiani, was incredibly rude and aggressive, almost to the point of being threatening. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Super resto ! Les plats étaient délicieux. L'huile de tournesol maison est incroyable. Légèrement trop salés, alors seulement 4 étoiles.

Tiny portions, unpredictable and increasing prices right before paying. Service is nonexistent! You're ruining the country... Disgraceful from a local! Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Не рекомендую! Ужасное заведение! Только здесь так испортили представление о грузинской кухне. В меню написано одно, а подают совершенно другое. Например, заказали оджахури, а получили картошку фри с уверением, что это и есть оджахури. Нервный официант только усилил наше желание оставить одну звезду. Цены неоправданно завышены, даже если бы еда соответствовала меню.

Это не первый наш визит, и точно не последний. Вкуснейший бульон в супе с маленькими хинкали! Ужин, вино и десерт были великолепными.

Terrible experience. The atmosphere was unpleasant. It seemed like no one cared about taking our order. We waited for about 10 minutes, and no one came to attend to us.

Уютное место рядом с серными банями. Порции с традиционными грузинскими блюдами небольшие. Цены чуть выше среднего. В целом, неплохо.

Absolut köstlich! Bin wegen der Bewertungen gekommen und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Das Essen war hervorragend, die Leute waren freundlich. Uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen!

This place served some of the best soup I've ever tasted, and it was definitely one of the top three meals I enjoyed during our month-long trip in the Caucasus.

There were many things on the menu to choose from, although the service was inconsistent as they forgot my wine. However, the space was lovely, and the spicy beef soup was truly excellent.

Several of the dishes we tried were quite enjoyable. The soup had a pleasant taste, reminiscent of hot & sour soup. The chicken was delicious. The wild mushroom was overly salty. The red wine was delightful, really liked it.

This was the first place we had lunch in Tbilisi. The mushroom dish was way too salty for my taste. I really enjoyed the meatball soup; it had a nice flavor and a bit of spice that was just right. The baby chicken in curry was tasty as well, but it was served last when we were already feeling quite full, as it took over 30 minutes to cook. The red wine selection was excellent, especially the natural wines—I loved it.

Они отказались нас обслуживать, так как мы пришли вдвоём, а у них только столы на четверых и больше!

Не пускают людей, говорящих по-русски. Утверждают, что закрыто, хотя на самом деле работают! Это чистый расизм! Я армянка, и всё равно не пустили из-за русского языка. Такой позор! Не тратьте время. Рядом полно отличных мест с вкусной едой и добрыми людьми.

Потратив почти час в пробках, приехали специально попробовать хаш и чихиртму, но оказалось, что их просто нет в наличии. Это как прийти в хинкальную и не найти хинкали, или как сапожник без сапог.

The staff was extremely unfriendly. We had to wait an excessively long time for our food, and a waiter shouted very aggressively at my friend for a mistake he made due to his lack of English. The food was also way too salty. I do not recommend it.

One of the top spots for dining in Tbilisi. Situated close to the sulfur baths. We enjoyed delicious mashed beans, khinkali soup, and fried sulguni with the house wine.

La comida es increíble, un verdadero festival de sabores y detalles encantadores. Probamos dos platos (albóndigas y calabaza) junto con pan, y nos quedamos satisfechos, a pesar de que las porciones no son enormes. La calidad es impecable, ¡excelente! 😉

When I'm in Tbilisi, I always make sure to stop by this place in the city center. The food is so delicious that I never remember to snap a photo before devouring it all. My absolute favorites are the khinkali soup, bozbashi, and the forest mushrooms with artichoke. The wine selection is excellent as well.

I had a terrible experience. I ordered a Kinkali soup, which tasted good, but it was so spicy that I couldn't eat it. When I asked to change it, they didn't offer any solution. I had to dilute it with water just to have something to eat, and it felt like a waste of money. I definitely don't recommend this place.
