The food is fantastic, and the view is lovely. I had some wonderful breakfasts and lunches there. In the evenings, though, it gets quite packed, which makes finding a good spot to sit a bit challenging.

This is the most terrible place in the city. I don't know what went wrong with it, as it used to be quite decent. I actually liked it 7 years ago. The menu changed, and now the food is literally inedible. The chikhirtma soup they served was the worst I've ever had, and I couldn't finish it. The "Mexican" potatoes tasted like they were three days old. Even the khinkali were bad. Everything seemed old. The view is beautiful, which is probably the only reason this place hasn't gone bankrupt like most of the other locations in the city.
