Restaurant Bellini - modern European cuisine and Tbilisi character

Bellini is a new restaurant in Tbilisi, located at 15 Zakaria Paliashvili Street. The project was created in collaboration with the GG Group team and offers guests European cuisine with a Tbilisi character and a seasonal menu.

The menu includes Meskhetian trout rillette with remoulade and mchadi sauce, bazhe with tiger shrimps, Alfredo pasta with Kakhetian truffle and Neapolitan pizza. Among the hot dishes are duck leg with wild rice, chicken schnitzel with cheese puree and salmon steak.

The interior is designed in an elegant style, creating the atmosphere of a cozy evening in the city center. Ideal for a romantic dinner, a business meeting or a leisurely lunch.
