Отзыв о прокате автомобилей: не советую! Арендовал машину на неделю. Автомобиль был в рабочем состоянии, но обслуживание оставило ужасное впечатление. Пока машина стояла припаркованной, кто-то поцарапал дверь. Несмотря на то, что я не был виноват, компания потребовала от меня 800 лари без каких-либо расчётов или разумных объяснений этой суммы. Также договор непрозрачный — нет информации о размере франшизы в случае небольших повреждений, чем компания бессовестно пользуется, требуя большие суммы без обоснования. Клиентская поддержка не заинтересована, создаётся впечатление, что винят клиента за каждую проблему. Лучше выбрать службу аренды, которая будет более профессиональной и честной.

The car was excellent, and the service was amazing.

The cars are mediocre. The staff is very friendly. They don't take credit cards. Customer service is lacking. I was really frustrated when they charged me 30 lari for washing the car on a rainy day. They expected me to clean the car during my 10-hour rental period! Stick to international companies and only consider this as a last resort. It's not cheaper either.
