The manager responded quickly, but my preferred car was unavailable, so they offered an alternative. We arranged a meeting time and I sent a reminder 30 minutes prior. Even so, we waited 20 minutes upon arrival. The car was dirty and dusty outside, and the fuel tank was only half full. I had to video all defects myself and didn’t get a copy of the contract. Then, I had to drive the car out of a tight courtyard, which might be hard if you’re not used to large vehicles. On the highway, a small rock caused a 1 cm crack in the windshield. Everything else was fine until we returned. After parking, I informed the staff about the crack. Multiple calls resulted in them keeping 100 lari from my deposit, blaming me for not calling 112 to report the incident, and saying cleaning would cost 30 lari. Dirt had appeared where it hadn't been before. Later, someone called me who couldn’t speak English, and I got an SMS, which felt odd.
