انتظرت أمام المتجر لأكثر من ساعة ونصف، ولم يصل الموظف حتى الآن. حاولت الاتصال به، لكن هاتفه كان موجوداً في المكتب. حجزت السيارة قبل أسبوع، وكان من المفترض أن يكون الاستلام في الساعة 7 صباحاً. ومع ذلك، لا يوجد أي موظف، حتى خارج المبنى لم أجد أحداً.

I picked this company because it was the cheapest with a high rating. Make sure to record the car's condition on video to avoid any questions when you return it. The customer support via chat was professional and their answers were useful. The staff at the airport was reasonable, and everything went smoothly with them.

Ужасно, офис в центре города всегда закрыт. Когда приходишь, заставляют ждать. Мы ждали час и полтора при получении и полчаса при возврате. Машины старые, обязательно проверяйте шины перед выездом. Наши передние шины были в плохом состоянии, пришлось менять на запаску. Персонал неблагожелательный и высокомерный при получении машины, но при возврате — наоборот, всё было нормально (другой сотрудник).

Очень разочарован, на ноль звезд. Машина стояла на стоянке в Тбилиси, и когда мы хотели уехать, оказалось, что одно колесо спущено. Сначала нам сказали, что дадут другую машину, но нужно поменять спущенное колесо на запасное. Потом выяснилось, что другой машины нет, и никто не приедет помочь. Нам сказали найти автомастерскую и починить колесо, но не дали адрес и не объяснили, кто будет за это платить. В итоге, по указанию сотрудника, мы проехали по четырем адресам за три часа, где либо никого не было, либо помочь не могли. Когда мы сами нашли автомастерскую, сотрудник стал грубить и заявлять, что это не та мастерская, и он нам не может помочь. Никогда больше не буду здесь арендовать машину. Даже Opodo, через которое мы бронировали, отказалось помочь и направило нас к арендаторам.

Невыносимая компания по аренде. Дважды сняли деньги за навигатор, которого не было. Я сообщил об этом, мне пообещали вернуть деньги. К сожалению, до сих пор я их не получил. Просто украли у меня 440 GEL! Хамы!

Terrible experience. The first car I got had a tire sensor issue. When I asked them to fix it, they just told me to keep using the car as it was or pay extra for a different model. I ended up paying. They also made me return the faulty car to the airport myself and cover the gas expenses. On top of that, the deposit was very high.

استأجرنا هيونداي سولاريس لمدة ستة أيام وكان السعر معقولاً جداً. السيارة كانت بحالة ممتازة ونظيفة. واجهنا مشكلة صغيرة في البداية، لكن عند إبلاغهم، استجابوا بسرعة وأخذوا السيارة من الفندق لإصلاحها وأعادوها بعد ساعة، إذ قاموا بتغيير الإطار الذي كان يسبب اهتزازاً. تعاملهم كان جيداً واستعدنا مبلغ التأمين في غضون عشرة أيام. المكتب لديهم في المطار، لكنهم قاموا بتسليم السيارة واستلامها من الفندق في تبليسي مقابل رسوم إضافية بسيطة. كان هناك موظفان، جورج وبيكا، وكلاهما كان محترماً ومساعداً. أوصي بالتعامل معهم.

I've never experienced such excellent service from a car rental company. The pickup was quick, and the agent was friendly, even providing me with his number. Every time I texted him, I received a prompt reply. They offered a pickup from the city center at a fair price. I wish more rental companies would take note of the dedication shown by these hardworking people.

I highly recommend this car rental at Tbilisi Airport. The cars are clean, there's unlimited mileage, and the service is excellent. I rented a Toyota Corolla, and Mr. Beka and Giorgi were very friendly. I got my deposit back in about two weeks, which was fine, and the staff remained pleasant throughout. We communicated via WhatsApp, and they promptly released the deposit. It's a bit pricey, so a price reduction would be nice. They hold the deposit on your card, unlike some nearby rentals that require a cash deposit, which I don't recommend. Overall, it was a good option with a great team.

The car was in good, clean condition, a Hyundai model available in EU/Russian versions. The airport service was friendly. Although the fuel was low when I picked it up, there are plenty of filling stations nearby on the Kakheti highway. I was charged a small fee after returning the car, which was surprising since I brought it back with more fuel than it had initially (the fuel light was off!).

Received a car with just 25,000 km. The rental and return process was straightforward and smooth. Even though the car had a minor damage, there were no extra charges and the full deposit was refunded. That's what I call excellent customer service.

The gentleman kindly agreed to give us the car earlier. The car itself was excellent, and the service was great too.
