I highly recommend renting a car from here. The staff is friendly, responsive, and flexible in finding solutions. We changed the return time and location last minute, even at 4:30 am, and it was handled without any issues. There was a small problem at the start, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently. Excellent service. My car battery died due to my own mistake, and they promptly arrived to assist with jump-starting it. They even swapped out the car for an identical model just to be cautious! The airport pick-up and car return process were effortless.

Incredible car rental experience! We rented a car in Tbilisi and unfortunately had an accident near Kutaisi on Sunday. The rental service was fantastic in their response. They managed to send an employee to our location just 15 minutes after the accident occurred. He assisted us in communicating with the other driver and the police, provided translation, and helped move the damaged car off the road to the tow truck. He even brought us another car of the same model so we could return to Tbilisi and complete our trip. We were too stressed to use it, but deeply appreciated the gesture and option. If there's any way to have a 'positive' accident experience, this company made it possible for us.

Właściciel jest bardzo sympatyczny, oferuje cenne wskazówki dotyczące miejsc do odwiedzenia i kwestii drogowych. Cena jest atrakcyjna i nie wymaga kaucji. Samochód prowadzi się świetnie. Na pewno skorzystam ponownie przy kolejnej wizycie. 😊
