Rent and rent a car "Naniko"

This car rental service was a huge letdown and completely unprofessional. After I rented a car, they took my entire deposit due to a small scratch, for which I wasn't at fault. I had an official police report, and even though the real culprit was fined and insurance covered the repairs, they still charged me the full deposit. On top of that, they gave me a repair invoice matching the exact amount they took, claiming they fixed pre-existing scratches and issues. It's clear these charges were unjustly pushed onto me. Moreover, the car was unsafe — the brakes and wheels were in terrible condition from the start. This whole experience felt like a scam designed to unfairly charge customers. Be warned, avoid renting from this company. Many other rental services offer honest and transparent service, but this isn't one of them.

Horrible experience. I had reserved a car and even called to confirm. When I arrived, they told me the car wasn't available. All others were rented out as well. The website's information was completely inaccurate.

Р арендовал машину на 5 дней. Агентство отличное, персонал вежливый и отзывчивый, все подробно объяснили и предупредили, никаких сюрпризов не было. Автомобили в хорошем состоянии, аренда полностью легальная, все документы выдают сразу. Возможна покупка SIM-карты с интернетом, принимают оплату как картами, так и наличными. Возвращать машину нужно чистой и с тем же количеством топлива, по Грузии можно ездить без ограничений. Есть возможность оформить разные виды страховки и добавить второго водителя. За выезд в другие страны берется дополнительная плата, залог блокируется на карте и возвращается в течение 21-40 дней.

Lasha и Toko руководят мошенническим прокатом. Взял машину в аренду и заплатил 100 долларов как залог. При возврате машины они сказали, что вернут залог через 48 часов. Вернулся в страну и до сих пор жду возврата, а они перестали отвечать. Не берите у них машину напрокат.

Faites attention en louant ici, vous risquez de perdre votre caution. La voiture que j'ai reçue était endommagée de partout, et pourtant ils m'ont facturé des réparations avec une fausse facture. Selon eux, si des dommages sont facturés, le véhicule devrait être en bon état, mais ce n'est pas le cas. C'est juste un moyen de voler les clients.

Although I had booked an Elantra, I received a 2018 Corolla as it was the only one available (most other rental options in the area were already taken). They placed a $400 safety deposit on my credit card, which was released successfully after a week. During the rental period, I incurred a 30 GEL fine, which I paid after reviewing the video evidence, plus an additional 20 GEL for car washing. It's a good idea to wash the car before returning it to avoid extra charges. I started with a full tank of gas and made sure to return it the same way. Overall, the process was straightforward and comfortable, leaving me with a positive impression of car rental services in Georgia.

Персонал вежливый, все рассказали и показали с улыбкой. Машина была чистая и в хорошем техническом состоянии. Five stars for the great service! We rented a small car for two days in Tbilisi and ended up with a Renault Logan. We traveled to Stepanzminda, but the road got closed due to heavy snow. We had to extend our stay by four days. Despite this, we were only charged for the smaller car we initially booked, and the communication with the company was excellent.

The car rental experience was just right. We were met at the airport, and the car was thoroughly checked. We were encouraged to take pictures of any marks. The car ran smoothly with no problems. When returning it, we called George, who came to the airport. We hadn’t cleaned the car, so we paid a reasonable fee for cleaning. We didn’t cause any damage, and George inspected it after the wash. Everything was in order. Would definitely rent from them again.
