Terrible car and still no deposit refund after 4 months.

Our experience with this car rental service in Georgia was extremely disappointing. The car they gave us was in awful condition. It had engine problems, the tires were worn out, and the car vibrated heavily whenever we applied the brakes. To add insult to injury, the car was dirty when we picked it up, clearly not cleaned beforehand. Upon returning the car, we were unfairly charged 80 GEL, despite its original poor condition. Furthermore, they took a $100 deposit, assuring us it would be returned immediately when we brought the car back. Instead, we were told we had to wait 48 hours, which was never mentioned to us at the time of rental. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this car rental service to anyone.

Our experience with this car rental service was incredibly disappointing. We rented a Nissan Pathfinder for three days, and the car was in terrible shape. The bumper was held together with masking tape, and the car was full of dents and scratches. When we picked it up, it was dirty, but we cleaned it. However, upon return, they charged us 80 GEL, claiming it was dirty. We regret choosing this company. The car had several technical issues, including a constant tire pressure problem that required daily visits to tire repair shops. The driver's wipers were ineffective in the rain, making it hard to see, and the brakes had issues, which made it unsafe. They supply cars with serious faults, endangering tourists. Plus, they didn't explain the deposit refund policy upfront. Only when returning the car did we find out they hold the deposit for 48 hours. They don't allow you to read the contract thoroughly before signing, which feels dishonest. Despite not wanting to ruin our trip, we paid their charges. I would never recommend this rental service. They endanger tourists by providing vehicles in such poor condition.

I will never use their car rental services again. My rental experience at their Old Tbilisi office was terrible. I've rented cars in many countries and nothing compares to this. At the end, they charged me for fake speeding fines and demanded payment for a new door, which I didn’t damage. They were completely dishonest, unlike anyone else I encountered in Georgia.

Excellent service. George Dzama was super friendly and accommodating. I’ll surely rent from them again when I return to Georgia. Next time, I’m going for the Porsche 👍.

Terrible rental experience. The car was a complete wreck and ancient. They hit me with extra charges that made no sense and were never mentioned before.

I rented a car in August 2022, and the staff charged me 1240 lari in cash for the car insurance. They assured me that I would get the insurance back when I returned the car.
