    The Kazbegi tour, scheduled from 9am to 9pm, was sadly very disorganized. There were no proper breaks for meals. We had to remind the driver to stop so we could eat. Our vehicle broke down in the mountains, causing a 20–30-minute delay. We lost more time waiting in a village because the first driver didn’t fix the car while we visited Trinity Church. The biggest issue was the manager, Kartlos. He didn’t call us to apologize or reassure us during the wait. When I called him to express my concerns and ask for a solution, he laughed, used offensive language, and even threatened physical harm. We arrived 1.5 hours late. This was my seventh time in Georgia, and I was guiding newcomers. Kartlos’s conduct ruined our evening, and he never apologized. This ranks as one of my worst experiences in Georgia.
