استأجرت سيارة قبل سنة من هذا المكتب بتاريخ 12/09/2024. دفعت تأمين قدره 300 دولار، وحتى بعد التواصل مع المكتب عدة مرات لم يُرجع المبلغ حتى 25/03/06 عندما أعادوا 200 دولار فقط، وخصموا 100 دولار بسبب خدش صغير في الصدام الأمامي السفلي. لو ذهبت لتلميعه لتحمل تكلفة 10 دولارات فقط.

Check your rental records for September and October, and you'll know who I am. I've sent multiple people to contact you, yet the refund was never returned. The Lebanese guy blocked me and couldn't care less about my complaint.

The company's representative was very responsive to messages and always ready to help. For instance, we needed a baby chair, and it was provided the next day, even on short notice. The car, a Toyota Corolla, was reliable and performed well. We used it for 10 days without any issues. Big thanks to Adib and the team!
