Rented a car for my winter vacation and was really impressed with how helpful and supportive the customer service team was. They provided immediate support and quickly answered my calls whenever I needed help. They also responded promptly on WhatsApp to address all my questions and clarifications. I'm definitely planning to rent a car from them again for my next vacation in Georgia.

К моменту нашего прибытия офис был закрыт. Нам пришлось ждать больше 30 минут, пока сотрудник не пришел. В машине не было инструментов для замены запасного колеса. Возвращая машину, мы столкнулись с той же проблемой — на стойке никого не было. Мы оставили машину без проверки и без какого-либо подтверждения, что сдали ключи. Это был кошмар. Никому не советую.

This is the absolute worst company I’ve dealt with! Their cars are junk — dirty with over 100,000 km, and everything is broken. The worst part? They'll downgrade your vehicle without compensation and won't even notify you beforehand so you can't make a decision to cancel. Bottom line: avoid at all costs, do not rent from this company.
