    Horrible dye job that completely ruined my Tom Ford bag. The dye quality is very cheap, and calling the service overpriced doesn't even begin to cover it 😔 I wouldn't bring any designer items here because the risk of damage is too high. After their rude response and claims that I was lying, I've posted before and after photos. Also, the bag's padlock is now broken.

    I really wanted to like this service because everything I've seen on Instagram looked stunning, and there’s nothing quite like it in Tbilisi. They took great care of the outside of my shoes, and they looked brand new. However, the soles were left dirty with paint. Unfortunately, my husband picked up the shoes and didn’t check them before accepting, but for 250 GEL, I expected a complete cleaning. Some might say the stains couldn't be removed, but I managed to clean them myself with a little varnish remover. Would I return? Maybe, but to avoid disappointment, I’d recommend checking their work before leaving.

    Отдавала белые кроссовки и замшевые туфли. Кроссовки отлично очистили, вернулся изначальный цвет. На замше убрали пятна, выглядит как новая. Поменяли старые шнурки. Мастер Тэмо очень вежливый. Все говорят по-русски. Офис выглядит привлекательно. Рекомендую!
