We met with Irakli on February 13, 2024, to view an apartment, but he showed up an hour late. On February 16, I informed him that I wanted to proceed with renting and sent my passport for the contract. From then until February 19, he ignored me. Only after lunch on Monday did he finally send the contract—when I had already moved my belongings to the office. I had the money prepared for two months' rent and waited all day for Irakli, but he vanished until Tuesday. On February 20, he contacted me, saying the apartment had been rented to someone else. Now I’m stuck looking for a new place with my things piled up at the office.
