Purchased a stainless steel wok and skillet. The quality is impressive; heats up efficiently and is easy to clean. The steel is of good quality. The price is higher, but stainless steel products tend to be pricey and last a lifetime.

Terrible service. Salespeople seemed more focused on their phones than on helping us. We spent 6000 GEL on equipment and almost left out of frustration. We would have gone elsewhere if we had other options. They demanded cash only. We waited forever to get any help, and when we did, it was clear we were interrupting whatever they were doing on their phones. Absolutely appalling experience.

Visited the showroom to buy some industrial kitchen equipment, and the staff there were extremely rude and dismissive. They totally lack business etiquette and have no customer service skills. Their behavior was highly unprofessional. It's shocking that they don't follow European standards. The floor staff definitely needs training. Note: They lost a business deal worth $20,000. Well done to the team!!
