Very unprofessional delivery service. The delivery people treated the appliance like a toy, tossing it around carelessly. They even damaged our apartment doors in the process. Once inside, they continued to mishandle the appliance and seemed in a hurry to leave. The service was utterly unprofessional. When I called the store, they didn't seem to care at all. The whole experience frightened my puppy, and she's still scared. If I could give zero stars, I would. Their behavior was appalling.

Incredibly rude phone staff. I was kept on hold for ages, only to be abruptly disconnected as soon as they got confused. I called three times and encountered English-speaking employees who were dismissive and unhelpful, and they just hung up on me. Ridiculous.

უსაქმურები, უსამართლოდ ზრდიან ფასებს როგორც მიტანაზე, ასევე მონტაჟზე. კონდენციონერი დაყენებიდან ოთხი დღე გავიდა და ჯერ კიდევ არ მუშაობს. არავინ იცის, როდის მოსვლას აპირებენ და გააკეთებენ. პასუხებიც არ აქვთ ნორმალური. თუ გჭირდებათ სანდო და ნორმალური კომპანია, აქ მას ვერ იპოვით.

Среду купил холодильник за 4500 лари наличными, плюс 156 лари заплатил за доставку в Кахети. Обещали привезти через два дня, выгрузить, подключить и проверить, работает ли. Сегодня уже следующий вторник. Когда его наконец-то довезли, курьер позвонил и сказал, что он один, поэтому не сможет выгрузить и установить. В это время дома была только моя мама, которая физически не может поднять двухдверный холодильник. Пришлось отправить холодильник обратно, теперь жду, когда доставят так, как обещали и за что я заплатил. Компания говорит, что это вина курьерской службы и что они все сделали правильно. Но я с этим не согласен, ведь выполнил все условия — оплатил, как требовала компания. Исправьте доставку или замените курьерскую службу.
