ужасное обслуживание, не подходите близко. просто обманывают, ужасный сервис, задержали мои посылки более чем на две недели. говорили, что они будут задерживаться, но это оказалось ложью. звонил и мне обещали, что все будет в понедельник, но потом сказали, что ничего не пришло и не придет. врут о датах доставки. персонал совершенно непрофессиональный и безответственный. держитесь подальше и не повторяйте ошибок других клиентов.

ужасное обслуживание. только один оператор обслуживает клиентов, отвечает на звонки, и когда не работает принтер, ему приходится ходить из одной комнаты в другую за документами.. позор!

Sending a parcel from the EU to Georgia with this company takes over three weeks. Other services manage to deliver packages from the USA faster, and even parcels from Temu, which come from the other side of the world, arrive sooner. 😂

I'm an Iranian tourist who went to pick up my passport on Friday, but it hadn't arrived yet. The lady at the front desk spoke perfect English, was extremely nice, and very patient. She answered all my questions with great professionalism. When I returned on Monday, she recognized me immediately and informed me that my passport had arrived. Her excellent service made my experience outstanding.

The service was terrible. They refused to give me my order because my eBay account had my nickname. I sent them two invoices and a document showing both my real name and nickname, but they insisted they needed them together. The seller couldn't provide both in one document. They didn't care and still charged me 70 GEL — 50 for service, which they happily took, and 20 GEL tax. This company is useless, with a proud attitude claiming to be official instead of helping. Worst experience ever. I dislike writing reviews like this, but they asked for it. Thanks to Nana Khutsishvili for making the experience worse.

Персонал очень вежливый и обходительный, как по телефону, так и при встрече (разговор велся на грузинском). Несмотря на страхи из-за отзывов, обслуживание оказалось на высоте: на почте не было очереди, и посылку отдали за пару минут. Жаль, что нет таблички снаружи — пришлось спрашивать у сотрудника возле машины FedEx о входе. Доставка задержалась на два дня, но в новогодние праздники это неудивительно — бывает, что и другие почтовые службы задерживают посылки. Мою даже проверяла налоговая на границе, что тоже могло повлиять на сроки, но это уже не вина почты.

Ana is incredibly patient and can handle any situation with grace. The location was packed when I went to send Christmas presents to the U.S., but Ana managed everything on her own with a calm and professional attitude. If it weren't for her unbelievably helpful and kind assistance, I might have considered leaving to find a less crowded place. Ana deserves more recognition for her hard work. As they'd say back in Kentucky, they should feel very lucky to have someone like Ana on their team!

Absolutely terrible service in Georgia. They lost my parcel, and after a lengthy customs process and waiting at the office, I still didn't get it. My only option now is to take legal action. It's frustrating to lose money, time, and effort. I hope this office shuts down soon so no one else has to use this service here.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They carelessly handle parcels, throwing and kicking them around. My package was supposed to be there, but even after an hour and a half of searching, they couldn't find it. Terrible service. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. 👎👎👎

Awful experience. Parcels sit there for two weeks without delivery. Mistakes in customs invoices happen all the time. They ignore official letters.

Absolutely the worst shipping service in Georgia. You practically have to beg them to start the paperwork for your package. They speak to you as if you owe them something. They never update you about delivery, just send the driver without warning, expecting you to always be at home. If you can, choose DHL when in Georgia. At least they offer good customer service, have polite staff, and keep you informed via emails — completely unlike this service, where you need to ask for every update and still get attitude as if they’re doing you a favor. Either fire the employees handling customer interactions, emails, and paperwork, or properly train them to understand that customers don't owe them a thing.

I've encountered significant issues here twice. First, my single order was split into two packages, and I was charged customs fees twice. Despite having clear proof of their error, they refused to assist in resolving the issue with the revenue service. I had to spend hundreds of dollars hiring a professional to appeal.
Additionally, they are the only option for delivering documents to the consulate. They provide a tracking number that requires phone calls to access updates, but you don’t receive any information when you call. Although they claim to deliver documents to the embassy in a day, it often takes several days, and losing important documents is not uncommon. The office and processes lack organization, are poorly managed, understaffed, and overly expensive. Some employees are friendly but clearly overwhelmed. The Embassy should definitely look for another courier service. -

Why does the US Embassy in Tbilisi continue to rely on this service? The staff spoke to me as if I owed them something. The operator assured me that the courier would arrive between 10 and 12, but he showed up at 13:20, causing me to miss a business meeting. The courier couldn't find my house despite being just 3 meters away, and my husband had to meet him. He asked for a physical copy of my passport since they apparently don’t take photos of IDs. He had no change and ended up taking 40 GEL instead of 35 GEL, which is still more than the $9 premium service rate mentioned by the Embassy. It’s disgraceful. This isn't a proper service, more akin to "abibas."

I didn't realize that this company could be so frightening and hazardous. Never use their services for sending important items. I shipped my valuable documents from the United States, opting for the quickest and most expensive service. However, the staff left my package unattended for 20 days without reaching out to me. I had to contact the main office in the US myself to track it down. The employees demanded extra illegal charges from me and took my money without any justification. I paid them because my documents were extremely important. This was a huge mistake. They continued to extort money from me, totaling four times. The nightmare didn't stop there. I reported this issue to the US headquarters and asked for help over 20 times, but they ignored my pleas and offered no assistance. Later, I discovered that the US headquarters established this terrible partner company here and was profiting by collaborating with these thieves. I'll never send an international package through them again. To let you know, I have experience with many countries and international postal services. In this office, they steal important items from customers or, in the case of crucial documents, intimidate and repeatedly extort money from them.

На ресепшне никого не найти, никакого интереса к клиентам. Пытались наладить сотрудничество для регулярных поставок из США, но этот офис — просто ужас. Персонал постоянно отсутствует, английский знают слабо, на русском общаться не хотят. Работать не желают, посылки разбросаны где попало. Напоминает почту России из 90-х. В итоге, DHL проявили себя значительно лучше, а тут только потеряли постоянного клиента и кучу денег. Не рекомендую, создаётся впечатление, что весь FedEx — это сборище некомпетентных лентяев.
