Pizzeria "Domino's Pizza (Isani Mall)"

I wanted to enjoy some pizza before leaving the country, but after reading the negative reviews for this place, I chose to avoid it. Instead, I'll try a traditional pizzeria to dodge poor service.

The staff is extremely rude. Tourists should steer clear of any international chains in this area. The employees lack even the most basic customer service skills and manners.

Ужасная еда. Заказывали доставку: в сырной пицце практически нет сыра, не говоря о четырёх видах. Какая-то мазня под видом соуса и сгоревшая корка, которая должна быть сыром. Тесто сырое. Есть невозможно. Большая порция курицы оказалась всего лишь 5-6 кусочками.

The staff here is incredibly arrogant. They are downright rude. The pizza was the worst I've ever tasted. As a vegetarian, I ordered a veggie pizza, but it was nearly devoid of toppings, almost nothing. It felt like a mushroom pizza because mushrooms were everywhere. They don't provide oregano or chili flakes either. I would not recommend this place at all. It's located across from McDonald's, near Isani Mall.

Наконец-то в Исани, надеюсь, качество соответствует спросу. Получил заказ через 2 часа 15 минут, но еда была нормальная. Изменение: заказал три чесночных хлеба, и каждый был разного размера с разным количеством начинки (существенно). Один почти без чесночного соуса, а другой с избытком. Непонятно, почему в Грузии не заботятся о своих заведениях, кажется, всё работает без каких-либо проверок или стандартов.

Вчера меня буквально обманули. Заказал меню с пиццей, двумя соусами, колой, картошкой фри и кусочками курицы. Доставили только пиццу и два соуса. Курьер из ресторана убедил меня, что это правильный заказ (детали были на грузинском, так что я не был уверен). А Glovo вернула всего 6 из 45 лари. Худший опыт в жизни!

I usually enjoy Domino's Pizza and visit their branches frequently. However, this location consistently surprises me with its lack of professionalism. The pizza is terrible, and the customer service is downright awful. They need to make some serious changes.

I ordered two different pizzas but received identical ones and was told that's what I ordered. The cola served to me was warm, not cold, and they refused to replace it. The cups were dirty and dusty inside. The pizza was poorly cut, and I struggled to separate the slices. This was one of the worst pizza experiences I've ever had. It's overpriced without any justification.

The prices are a bit high, but the pizzas are truly delicious. The cheese was perfectly crispy and very tasty. The service wasn’t great, but that might have been due to how busy it was. I've been there three times in a month, and I must say, it's impressive. I highly recommend this spot. Definitely some of the best pizza in town.

Ordered 6 chicken fingers and received just 1 chicken finger cut into 4 pieces! 😲😲😲 Wolt has been trying to reach them for 2 hours with no luck. Absolutely no response! This was my first and last order after seeing terrible reviews and experiencing the same. They only care about making money, not about customer service or quality.

There was a terrible odor in the place, and when I spoke to the staff, they just said they didn't understand what I was talking about.

I ordered a chicken and bacon sandwich and got a 6cm piece of bread with mayonnaise and tiny bacon bits. Couldn't find any chicken. Thanks, I guess.

Extremely disappointing experience with the staff. They were incredibly racist, and I can't understand why they behave this way. When I called to inform the manager about their actions, I found the manager to be just as racist.
