+в основном всё нормально, посылки доходят оперативно. отсутствует возможность самовывоза — только доставка (частые проблемы). много багов на сайте.

Работают нормально, посылки доставляются через 5-10 дней после поступления на склад, все зависит от рейсов. Поддержка функционирует, что приятно, поскольку не во всех службах она налажена. Пока не возникало серьезных причин для обращения. Хотелось бы видеть офис для личных визитов. Таможенные процедуры проходят быстро. Личный кабинет стоит доработать: адаптивность страдает, информации о заказе мало, иногда сбрасывается авторизация.

They changed their US address without notifying me. No email or phone message was sent 😠. Service is extremely slow, and the location is inconvenient.

Collect parcels from 41 Tashkenti Street, Tbilisi, as the other location is temporarily closed. Remember to bring your passport when picking up parcels.

Their service keeps getting worse. I always pay for delivery, but they can't seem to do their job properly. Their New York mail box is ridiculous. They constantly lose parcels and are too lazy to deliver.

The package wasn't delivered on time, and they couldn't provide an estimated arrival date. Staff in Tbilisi and Brooklyn were rude, raising their voices and blaming the sender for not considering New Year's, even though more than 10 days had passed. When I asked to speak to a manager, they refused to give a name or number, saying talking wouldn't make the package arrive any faster. Extremely disappointed. I won't be sending packages through them again.

This company used to offer some of the most affordable rates for shipping items from the USA to Georgia. The delivery times are average. The website is not very user-friendly, and the app is quite poor. The service is okay, but it feels like they aren’t focused on making improvements. In 2021, their service has become terrible. They had chances to get better but have only declined. I’ve downgraded my rating from 4 to 2 stars.

Picked up two packages from their office in separate rooms to avoid an extra government fee. Once I got home, they called saying I still have to pay the fee because I took both packages from their office.

I'm generally pleased with my experience using this transport company. It's a lot cheaper than other options and often faster, plus you can track your shipment's progress. There was one time when a package got lost out of about 50 shipments. They said it went missing during delivery to my town and couldn't assist because the delivery was handled by a different company. Now, I choose to have my packages sent to the main office in Tbilisi and pick them up myself. This has worked well for me, and I haven't faced any issues since.

Terrible service, awful manager who takes no responsibility for anything. As a customer, you're left to figure out where your package is in America and deal with US postal services yourself. They are more efficient in responding than the office! They simply don't care about you. If you don't like it, they suggest you go elsewhere.
