Непрофессионально, медленно, небезопасно. Хотя с UPS международного уровня у меня никогда не возникало проблем, местный представитель сработал ужасно. Постоянные проблемы и задержки. Надеюсь, больше не придется с ними иметь дело.
1. Курьерская компания не должна разглашать количество моих посылок публично, но они это сделали.
2. Представитель компании общалась со мной неприятно, будто я ей что-то должен, хотя это я плачу за их "услуги".
3. Представитель пыталась использовать язык, который явно не знает.
4. Все подтверждения оплаты у них есть. Если утверждаете, что распространяем неправильную информацию, сами ее не распространяйте.
5. Это не моя первая посылка сюда, к сожалению, приходится часто пользоваться их "услугами", и каждый раз это мучительно по сравнению с другими перевозчиками.
6. Их "сотрудник" отправил мне документы об оплате, а на следующий день прислал измененную версию, считая ее правильной. Прислала номер личного счета без подробностей, требовала оплатить напрямую на банковский счет, что неправильно. Прекратите угрожать мне и начните прислушиваться к клиентам, улучшайте навыки своего персонала. -

Shipped a suitcase from San Diego to Chicago, hoping to avoid carrying it to New Jersey and back. UPS delayed the shipment by two days. It arrived at a closed facility on Saturday and I left for Tbilisi on Sunday with just the clothes on my back. The suitcase was meant to be sent ahead to my hotel in Tbilisi, but it ended up in Atlanta. My team spent hours contacting UPS in the US and Georgia. Despite reassurances that the suitcase would reach my hotel immediately, these were false promises. The suitcase got stuck in customs in Atlanta, and UPS showed no ability to resolve the issue. No one could identify or solve the problem. This company lacks central operations, problem-solving skills, and customer service. It’s baffling how they are still in business. I will never use them again and suggest choosing competitors with better customer support and solutions.
