I was let down by the simple design. The coffee was weak, the service left much to be desired, and the entrance was plain. The floor between the parking and building entrance is extremely slippery, especially when it rains, which could easily lead to accidents. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The building is impressive, though some sections appear incomplete, likely awaiting more tenants. The elevators in the business center side move incredibly slow, prompting the management to set up a seating area on the ground floor for those waiting. The view from the 17th floor is fantastic. There was an issue at the restaurant, so I couldn't have a meal there, but I did enjoy a delightful cappuccino!
