In addition, Anika founded a rehabilitation center and day care programs for children whose full integration into the educational process is not yet possible.
The Anika Association also deals with issues of vocational education and employment of young people with disabilities, implementing the Zurab Zhvania Center for Independent Living project. This center is fully wheelchair accessible and provides services to dozens of teenagers with physical and mental disabilities. As part of the employment support program, the organization managed to employ 30 people in various companies and organizations.
One of the association's unique contributions is the creation of an innovative personal assistant model. This service is based on the social model of disability and helps people with disabilities and their families achieve their maximum potential through professional support from qualified staff.
