The German Economic Association (DWV) in Tbilisi is the second largest bilateral business association in Georgia, founded more than 11 years ago. Over 180 member companies and organizations make up the DWV, creating a platform for active interaction between German economic interests and the local market. The association works closely with the German Embassy in Tbilisi, the German Society for International Cooperation, as well as the global network of AHK and Germany Trade and Invest. The main task of DWV is to support German companies planning to enter the Georgian market, as well as to represent the interests of the German economy in the region.
