Civic Integration Fund

The Civil Integration Foundation (CIF) in Tbilisi is a non-governmental, non-profit and non-political organization founded on December 20, 2004 with the aim of promoting civil integration in Georgia. CIF aims to integrate ethnic minorities into civil society and their active participation in the political and economic life of the country. The organization is engaged in the development of civic consciousness and the promotion of liberal democratic values, creating a tolerant environment and respect for the cultural values of society.
The Foundation actively cooperates with various government and non-governmental organizations, such as the Council of Ethnic Minorities and the Central Election Commission of Georgia. CIF is also a member of the European Network for Migrants and Refugees and the Coalition for Independent and Transparent Justice. Collaboration with the Ministries of Reconciliation and Civic Equality, Culture and Heritage Conservation helps the organization advance its goals.
CIF focuses on non-formal education, civic education and human rights protection. The organization offers internship and volunteer opportunities for youth, and also has regional offices in the Kvemo Kartli and Kakheti regions to support Azerbaijani communities. All CIF projects and initiatives are aimed at developing civil society and strengthening democratic processes in Georgia.
