International Initiative for Development and Support

The International Initiative for Development and Support (IIDS) in Tbilisi is an organization aimed at improving the situation of internally displaced persons from Abkhazia and other needy groups living in Georgia. IIDS's main efforts are focused on promoting entrepreneurship and conducting business activities in collaboration with government agencies, the private sector, international and local organizations.

IIDS implements a variety of programs and projects in the areas of social support, infrastructure improvement, healthcare, sports, culture, education and nature conservation. The organization cooperates with various legal entities and individuals to effectively assist displaced persons and others in need.
