The International Center for Conflict and Negotiation (ICCN) in Tbilisi is an independent peacebuilding, research and training organization founded in 1994 with support from the MacArthur Foundation and Stanford University. The main goal of the center is to build peace and harmony in a post-totalitarian society, with an emphasis on the prevention and resolution of conflicts in the Caucasus region, especially in Georgia.
ICCN actively works to strengthen democracy, develop civil society, promote human rights, tolerance and gender equality. The organization conducts research in the field of regional security, sociology, human rights and migration, and also offers educational programs in the field of peacekeeping.
Over the years, ICCN has become an important player in public diplomacy, cross-border cooperation and peace campaigns in the region. The center offers consultation, mediation and third party assistance in conflict resolution. Conferences, seminars, trainings and round tables are also organized to exchange experiences and develop solutions.
ICCN is open to partnerships with NGOs, public organizations and other interested parties who strive to strengthen peace and stability in the Caucasus region.
