[Temporaly closed] International Association of Youth of Georgia (SSAA)

The International Youth Association of Georgia (MAA Georgia), founded in 1998 and officially registered in 1999 in Tbilisi, is an important organization uniting young people of different ethnic groups with the goal of promoting democratic values, protecting human rights and strengthening civic integration. The Association actively promotes the development of national traditions and cultural values ​​of Georgia, as well as the protection of the rights of young people and their active participation in the process of democratization of the country.

The main activities of MAA include holding cultural and sports events aimed at developing contacts between students, identifying talented youth and promoting a healthy lifestyle. The organization implements many projects together with partner organizations, including trainings, meetings and dialogues, and actively develops the non-governmental sector in various regions of Georgia.

MAA also provides educational materials and publishes newsletters covering the organization's activities. Among the significant achievements of the association is the publication of the “Collection of Legal Documents” and legal pocket books in the “You Must Know Your Rights” series.

The organization welcomes everyone who is interested in issues of youth development, democratization and intercultural dialogue and strives to make a personal contribution to social progress and strengthening of civil society in Georgia.
