    Terrible customer service! It might be my mistake, but: 1. A notary office should reply to client inquiries within 30 minutes. The staff might be busy, but taking half a day to respond or ignoring completely is unprofessional! 2. Being rude to clients is unprofessional behavior. 3. Scheduling an appointment and then not providing the service on time is unprofessional! 4. Failing to inform clients about necessary documents during the initial phone call is unprofessional!

    Лучшая команда нотариуса, которую я встречал! Помощники — две замечательные девушки и переводчик — суперпрофессиональны и человечны. Я приехал из Украины, где недавно началась война, и мы с мужем нуждались в доверенности на вывоз нашего ребёнка. Всё оформили быстро и грамотно, на нескольких языках, несмотря на позднее время нашего визита. За эту работу они не взяли с нас денег! Огромное спасибо! Мы полюбили вашу страну и людей, хотя жаль, что повод был таким трудным для Украины.

    Открылись на час позже, пришлось ждать на улице. Подробно объяснили, что нужно делать: заверить подпись и перевести документ на грузинский. Сказали прийти через шесть часов. Вернулись и оказалось, что нотариус не может предоставить эту услугу. Потеряли целый день из-за непрофессионализма. Очень разочарованы.
