Traditional Georgian dishes cannot be confused with any other.

In order to preserve the ancient technologies of cooking traditional dishes, in 2019, an ordinary resident of Tbilisi founded the world's first Recipe Museum.

The woman wanted the culinary art of Georgia to be preserved in its original form after thousands of years, so she gathers the whole recipe together.
