The State Drama Theater-Museum named after Kote Marjanishvili is located at: st. K. Marjanishvili, 8, Tbilisi. It was founded in 1933 and has the status of a single legal entity of public law as the State Academic Drama Theater named after Kote Marjanishvili. This art-focused museum houses over 4,300 objects. The collection includes personal items, manuscripts, photographs and other items related to theater directors and actors. It also presents sketches from famous artists such as Petre Otskheli, L. Gudiashvili, E. Akhvlediani, David Kakabadze and others, as well as posters and theater programs. Open daily except Mondays from 11:00 to 18:00. Admission is free for children under 6 years of age, employees of Georgian and foreign museums, ICOM members (with an ID card), people with disabilities (with a valid ID) and refugees. The museum's exhibitions include both permanent and temporary exhibitions from the museum's collection. It also hosts educational events about theatre. Important publications are "Georgian Modernism" (catalogue) from 2006 and "Petre Otskheli" (catalogue) from 2007.
