Nikoloz (Koka) Ignatov House Museum

House-Museum of Nikoloz (Koki) Ignatov – an oasis of art in Tbilisi. Located at st. M. Zandukeli, 6, in the city of Tbilisi, this private memorial museum was founded in 2003. It serves as a kind of repository for the legacy of the famous Georgian artist Nikoloz (Kok) Ignatov (1937-2002). Inside the house-museum, visitors will find more than a thousand items, including paintings, graphics, sketches, the personal archive of the artist himself, as well as catalogs and books telling about his work and life. Open daily from 10:00 to 18:00, except Sunday and Monday. Entry is free for all visitors. Free access is provided to children under 6 years of age, employees of Georgian and foreign museums, ICOM members (with appropriate cards and ID), as well as people with disabilities upon presentation of a valid ID and refugees.
