The service is good, definitely better than other hospitals. However, despite being a Georgian citizen, I had to pay around 300 GEL after being brought here by 112 emergency services. It felt quite unfair, like 112 was just a taxi that picked me up from home.

I wouldn't suggest visiting this clinic. The staff lacks friendliness and there are endless queues, even with an appointment. There are no specific tickets for different doctors, and no clear labels on the doors indicating who is where. At other places like Curacio or Aversi, they send lab results via email automatically, whereas here you have to ask, then return a day or two later to discuss results with the doctor. In this modern age, why can't this be handled through email or a phone call? My family may be okay with this place, but I’m not. I hope I never have to return.

Terrible clinic with unbelievably rude staff, from the administrators to the doctors. Every appointment means waiting an hour just to get into any office. No one cares about the patient's condition or providing anything that resembles "service." It's chaos like I haven't seen since the 90s, and I seriously hope I never encounter it again.

Самое худшее, что я когда-либо видел! Без диагноза начали что-то вливать. Эхоскопия сердца не выявила проблем, а меня оставили на ночь без причины. Всю ночь не спала из-за катетера в вене. Страдала до утра от боли. Утром мне сказали, что у меня невралгия, и почему-то написали, что нужна коронография. Это был ужасный опыт!
