The place is nice, but the reception staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. They should never speak to someone with a tumor in such a disrespectful way. Please train your staff better.

გთხოვეთ სწრაფი წესით ამეღეთ ანალიზი, მაგრამ ცხელი ხაზის ზარების შემდეგაც პასუხად მხოლოდ ,,გადავეცით შესაბამის სამსახურს” მივიღე. კვლევა, რომელიც მაქსიმუმ 5 დღე უნდა გაგრძელებულიყო, თქვენთან 9 დღე დასჭირდა. მიზეზები რამდენჯერმე ავხსენი. გააუმჯობესეთ მომსახურების ხარისხი ან პასუხისმგებლობა არ აიღოთ.

The staff is extremely rude, showing no respect for pregnant women and the elderly. Waiting at the lab registration desk can take 30 to 40 minutes, which means you might miss the window for collecting certain samples or they might become unusable. I've been to this clinic several times and I'll never come back. Only one kind and attentive person works there — in the children's department.

Очень сложно общаться. Позвонила специально, чтобы отдать клеща на анализ. По телефону сказали, что они это делают (именно клеща, потому что кровь можно сдать только через две недели). Приехала в клинику, оказалось, что не принимают. Просто абсурд.

30.01.24 сдавали анализы крови — 13 видов, заплатили 374 лари. Сегодня 3.02.24, часть анализов до сих пор не готова. Каждый раз говорят, что еще не готовы, и просят прийти завтра. Безответственная компания, ориентированная только на свою выгоду. Даже одна звезда — слишком много.
