    The diagnostic service is pointless unless you purchase their product. I asked some questions about foot health, but none were addressed. It feels like the diagnostics are just a sales pitch for their insoles. You also have to pay for it separately, and it won't benefit you without buying their insoles. The insoles were too thick for me to fit comfortably into my shoes, so I didn't order them.
