1) Магазин предлагает множество оригинальных аксессуаров и велозапчастей по нормальным ценам, а также имеет свою мастерскую. Казалось бы, можно тут отремонтировать велосипед, но персонал странный, и из-за этого сюда особо никто не ходит. Два года у меня велосипед, как-то попал в аварию — поменял диск и амортизатор, потом через пару тысяч километров сломался болт сиденья. В остальном всё практически идеально технически, но при покупке обращайте внимание на цепь и давление в колёсах — они плохо накачаны, видимо, не хотят использовать насос или просто ленятся. Из-за неправильного натяжения цепь слетает при переключении передач.
2) Персонал вообще не обращает на тебя внимания, хотя могли бы помочь, но не помогают, максимальное наплевательство. Определённо нужен новый персонал! Когда купил велик, через неделю-две понадобилось подкачать колесо, попросил их — сказали, 20 лари 🤣🤣. -

Консультанту наплевать на клиентов, ни про какую клиентоориентированность и не слышали. Требует, чтобы разговаривали с ней на английском. Мы не в Америке, чёрт возьми!

ძალიან ცუდი მომსახურეის გამოცდილება მივიღე. კონსულტანტი აგდებულად მელაპარაკა და არასრულყოფილი ინფორმაცია მომცა. მეორედ აღარ მივალ. Bike house-მა კი ძალიან კარგი მომსახურება გამიწია. დროზე დაზოგეთ და სწორად აირჩიეთ ადგილი.

კარგი და მოწესრიგებული ოფისია. ფასები მისაღებია. მომსახურება პოზიტიური. მეორე წელია მათი ველოსიპედი მყავს და კარგად ფუნქციონირებს. 1000+ კმ მაინც გავიარე. არ არის ისეთივე ხარისხიანი, როგორც ცნობილი ბრენდები, მაგრამ თავისას აკეთებს.
