Мне непонятны старые отзывы о туристах на велосипедах. Я оставил здесь свой туристический велосипед, поскольку дальше лечу в Актау. Для меня предложили разобрать и упаковать велосипед, уверяя, что знают, как работать с туристическими моделями. Однако, когда я забирал велосипед, решил проверить упаковку и, к своему удивлению, обнаружил, что они забыли упаковать одно колесо. Это крайне непрофессионально. Более того, они разобрали больше деталей, чем было нужно, и не все тщательно упаковали. В Актау мне придётся искать мастерскую, так как у меня недостаточно инструментов. Надеюсь, велосипед выдержит транспортировку. Единственный плюс в этой ситуации — механик был довольно приятным.

Avoid this bike shop for packing touring bikes! We faced several issues with their service. In Tbilisi, we needed boxes to pack our bikes. This shop offered boxes and packing for 50 GEL per bike, but insisted on doing the packing themselves despite our preference to do it. Relying on good Google reviews from other cyclists, we agreed to their service. We emphasized the importance of packing for air travel and were assured it wouldn't be a problem. However, all communication had to be conducted via Instagram as no responsible staff were present at the shop.

There are three major reasons for our dissatisfaction. First, they dismantled our bikes unnecessarily, stripping parts like the brake system, fork, chainring, and both wheels. Second, the parts were placed in the boxes without any protection, as shown in the photos. Third, the final charge was higher than originally quoted, coming out to 78 GEL per bike, and any attempt at a productive discussion was ignored.

We wasted an entire day trying to better protect the components and had to extend the boxes and reinstall the rear wheels ourselves. We will still need to visit another workshop to fully reassemble the bikes since we are missing the necessary tools. Do not rely on this shop in Tbilisi for packing your bikes!

This is a fantastic bike shop. We had some maintenance done on our two touring bikes during our stay in Tbilisi. The communication about the work was clear, and I felt completely understood. They provided price estimates before starting. Giorgi went the extra mile to fix a dynamo hub, which required rebuilding the wheel on short notice. I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back. Thank you so much!

Персонал оказался очень щедрым. Когда я приехал, он занимался другим велосипедом, но всё же нашел время взглянуть на мой. Посмотрел несколько запчастей, задал пару вопросов. Потом рассказал о проблемах с тормозами, которые шумели. Он подправил провода, и шум ушёл. Теперь тормоза оставляют следы, и за это он даже не взял денег! Определённо рекомендую — сервис на высоте, а товары хоть и дорогие, но качество оправдывает стоимость. На запчасти даю 9/10. Также смог рассчитать стоимость интересующих деталей. В общем, лучше, чем в других веломагазинах.

I needed a nut and washer for a kid's bike, and the master kindly gave them to me at no charge.

This workshop has really knowledgeable staff who speak excellent English. While I found their parts a bit pricey, Tornike was incredibly helpful. He fixed mistakes made by another shop that messed up a simple cassette installation and didn’t even charge me for it.

This shop is incredible. Georgi did an outstanding job servicing my gravel bike after a month of cycling in the Caucasus Mountains. He changed the oil in the hydraulic brakes, and now they work perfectly. I also needed a bike box for a flight, and Georgi took care of that too! The quality of his work and the parts he uses, which can be hard to find in Georgia, are top-notch. Best bike shop in the country!

Персонал очень вежливый, все объясняет и помогает. Однако качество работы оставляет желать лучшего. Техосмотр и чистка цепи были выполнены хорошо. Но когда мне заменили колесо, возникли проблемы. Камера оказалась установлена криво и протерлась, поэтому колесо стало криво ходить. Пришлось обращаться к другому мастеру, который был удивлен, как можно было так плохо установить камеру.

Excellent bicycle store with a very skilled and friendly mechanic who speaks fluent English. I highly recommend this place, especially for travelers. The mechanic kindly offered to assist us with bike boxes, which was very thoughtful.

The owner is not only an amazing mechanic but also a genuinely kind person. He went out of his way to help me. He's very knowledgeable about where to find bicycle parts in Tbilisi. The shop mainly focuses on repairs. We had some great conversations about Georgia!

I haven't had such amazing service in a bike shop for ages! The staff provides the perfect solutions for repairing, cleaning, or upgrading your bike. They're clearly experts and deliver excellent results. My friends and I brought in our three damaged travel bikes, and they came out looking like new. Communication is easy, and the prices are very reasonable. I wouldn't suggest any other bike shop in Tbilisi. Thanks, George!
