Отличное место! Бывал здесь несколько раз, и каждый визит был просто замечательным. Когда продавал велосипед, процесс прошел быстро, и я получил даже больше денег, чем ожидал. Для другого велосипеда сделал техосмотр — всё сделали оперативно и на высшем уровне. Понадобилось упаковать велосипед для перелета, ребята разобрали и упаковали его бесплатно. Всегда можно поговорить с персоналом о велопрогулках и сообществах. Очень доволен!

25.04.2024 мастера в этом сервисе проводили прокачку гидравлического тормоза и замену тормозной жидкости. В итоге колесо, тормозной диск и колодки оказались в жидкости. После их работы пришлось менять ротор и колодки. Не рекомендую обращаться сюда за ремонтом. Если после их "помощи" велосипед требует ещё большего ремонта, это нельзя назвать ремонтом. Кроме того, мастер не позволял наблюдать за процессом работы. Возвращался, чтобы исправили, но их попытки были бесполезны. Масло попало на органические колодки, и они стали непригодны.

Отличный сервис. Приехал с проблемой — колесо было спущено. Быстро нашли причину и устранили её. Всего десять минут и пять лари. Остался очень доволен.

The service here was terrible. I went in to get my Shimano brake handle fixed, but the guy ended up making it worse. He unscrewed it, lost some small parts, and got frustrated. His solution was using a small flamethrower, which almost damaged other parts of my bike, and then he sprayed glue all over my handlebar and himself. In the process, he lost even more pieces, and now my brake can’t be attached correctly. He tried to fix it in a makeshift way, but it's not working like before. He didn’t seem to care about the poor quality of work at all. Very disappointing experience.

Great spot for fixing up your bike and more. The owner was really supportive and efficient, helping me find what I needed at a fair price. I got a multi-tool for 15 lari, and the total came to 35 including a replacement for a used brake pad.

Отличное место! Это единственный веломагазин на этой стороне реки и вообще единственный в городе за пределами района Ваке-Сабуртало. Отсутствие конкуренции совсем не влияет на качество работы. Здесь хороший выбор велосипедов и аксессуаров, а ремонт проводят быстро и по разумным ценам. Я обращаюсь сюда всякий раз, когда у меня возникают проблемы, и всегда остаюсь доволен. Учтите, что сотрудники могут быть заняты, поэтому лучше сразу четко озвучить, что вам нужно, иначе о вас могут забыть.

У них можно найти почти всё для покупки. Ремонт и консультации на высшем уровне. Обширный выбор велосипедов. Отличный магазин, очень полезный.

На месте не оказалось мастеров, и хозяин предложил мне самому устранить проблему. У меня были проблемы с кареткой. Починил быстро. Не взяли ни лари.

The interior might be outdated, but the services provided are excellent! I recommend it.

I needed a box for taking my bike on a flight, and here they offered me a used one (see attached photo) for 10 Laris. It turned out to be too small. No further comments... For this kind of service, you can instead go to "velo plus" store. They provide professional packaging for 25 Laris.

The bike shop and repair are located in a basement. I usually visit for maintenance or repairs when necessary. The staff is always friendly and cheerful. There are many old bikes and bike parts, so you're likely to find something you need. I just wish it was in a better location.
