These folks truly know their stuff. I was stuck with a broken proprietary derailleur hanger and couldn't find a replacement anywhere. They managed to locate something similar and skillfully modified it to fit perfectly. It works like a charm! Their effort went beyond expectations, and I'm really thankful. Highly recommend them!

For bike rentals, they demand either your passport or a $1,000 deposit. Meanwhile, you can rent a car in Georgia without needing cash or documents. So, as a foreigner, you have to be without your documents during the rental period. Seriously, is this real?

Rented from this company and truly enjoyed it. I mistakenly went to the wrong location where there was only one bike available, but I needed two. They recommended their other branch near Lake Lisi which had the needed bikes, including an e-bike. The owner kindly gave us a ride there and we rented a hardtail and an e-bike, both by Ghost. They offered route suggestions and shared lots of insights during the ride. Helmets were included. We left a passport as a deposit. The bikes were impressive, everything was perfectly set up and checked. Upon returning, they waited for us even though we were late. Payment was easy with cash or bank transfer. Communication was smooth in English and Russian. They even took us back to the city center after our bike trip!

Магазин внушительных размеров по местным меркам, и частью это ещё и веломастерская. Ассортимент включает как дорогие бренды, такие как женские седла Specialized, так и более доступную продукцию из Китая. Большой плюс — почти всё, что представлено на сайте, действительно есть в наличии в магазине. Но именно «почти» и бывает иногда проблемой. Например, насос Topeak с манометром, который, как утверждалось, был «на складе и его нужно только доставить в магазин», пришлось ждать неделю. В итоге, я смог его получить по дороге со склада. Сотрудник, отдавая насос, заявил, что Topeak — не лучший выбор и что Lezyne якобы лучше, хотя и продавался последний дороже. Магазин ориентирован на владельцев двухподвесных велосипедов, для которых цена не важна. Местоположение удачное, персонал владеет несколькими языками и может, возможно, даже починить ваш велосипед. UPD: Прошу прощения за путаницу, на самом деле я приобрёл насос менее известной марки Parktool, а её активно пиарят каналы сети GCN.

David is a skilled mechanic. I found the service a bit pricey, but his English is excellent, and he delivered clean and proper work.

The professionalism is outstanding; he even let me help out so I could learn more. Together, we put together a new wheel, using top-notch tools and carefully checking the spoke tension. The service cost is fair, although the parts are pricey due to taxes.

If you're looking for top-notch bike mechanics, this is the spot! David really knows his stuff. I've had my brakes bled, bearings replaced, fork and shock serviced, and my wheelset re-spoked and trued here. Honestly, it's one of the few places I completely trust with my bike.

Купил сегодня шины MAXXIS MINION DHR II. Поставил обе: впереди и сзади. Протестировал на знакомом маршруте у Черепашьего озера и Коджори, и разница оказалась огромной. Подъём стал более стабильным, в поворотах держат лучше, а тормоза заработали мощнее. Там, где раньше вело велосипед вперёд, теперь спуск намного быстрее. Прежний маршрут преодолеваю за 1 час 33 минуты вместо 1 часа 42 минут. Отличные шины и сервис в Тбилиси! Очень доволен.

David really came through for me during my bike trip. My pinion gearbox was in need of some care, and he researched thoroughly and used his past experiences to get it fixed. He’s a highly skilled technician and a genuinely nice person. Make sure to ask for him when you visit!

An excellent bike shop. We handed over our dirty travel bikes and they came back spotless and working perfectly. David communicates fluently in English and is knowledgeable about travel bike gear like Rohloff and dynamo hubs. As we left, he offered valuable advice not only about the bikes but also for traveling around Georgia. We dropped the bikes off, and by the next day, we had a message saying they were ready.

The team here is very knowledgeable and truly skilled. Their service is excellent, and they always provide helpful advice. When I faced issues with my older travel bike, they recommended a great replacement and even included a service for it! Such a positive experience. Thanks a lot, guys!
