I absolutely adore the East Point location. The staff there are fantastic. Especially Tiko, she stands out with her exceptional helpfulness and friendliness. Love the great service.

They refused to let me return some shoes just a day after purchase, even though I hadn’t used them. No explanation was given, and they only offered an exchange. If I could, I would rate them 0 stars.

Bought an overpriced Under Armour t-shirt, twice the price of the ones in the US, and it tore by itself the same day. They refused to accept a return. Avoid this place.

This is truly one of the worst stores in the country. I strongly advise against ever shopping or purchasing anything here again.

Avoid this store! The consultant, especially the one in the picture, is extremely rude. You have to pick each shoe and walk across the entire store to her computer because they insist you bring it to them to check if they have your size! My husband tried several pairs, but they didn't have his size (42 - quite standard). He tried the only pair available in his size but didn't like it. When he said no thanks, she got angry, muttered something, and snorted like an annoyed cat! Fire her already; people spend $200-300 on shoes and shouldn't have to deal with her attitude!

The staff here is incredibly rude, just like others have mentioned. They show no desire to assist you at all. Plus, they don't speak English.

Невероятно дорого... Пожалел, что пустил деньги на обувь с завышенной ценой, которая прослужит чуть дольше дешевых кроссовок.

Купила шапку Adidas за 80 лари примерно 10 дней назад. Она уже оказалась порванной, правда, были маленькие незаметные дырки, и я их сначала не увидела. К тому же, после первой стирки цвет сильно побледнел. Никому не советую покупать в этом магазине. Попросила заменить шапку, ведь она изначально была порвана в примерно пяти местах, но я не проверила её тщательно.

Endless bureaucracy, as usual.

По отзывам выбор оказался удачным. Купили мужские кроссовки. Персонал был ненавязчив, и при просьбе принести другой размер, сразу же это сделали. Продавцы немного понимают по-русски. Ассортимент обуви не слишком большой, но найденные кроссовки соответствуют цене и качеству. На кассе пожелали хорошей носки.

This place is incredibly frustrating. They closed the entrance with red tape an hour early, and the store was completely empty. When I asked a consultant why they closed so soon, she just made a face and didn’t even bother to respond. I’ve been here several times before, and their service is consistently terrible and rude. I’m never coming back. I’d rather go to another location where the staff is actually friendly.

I’m baffled by this place. We wanted to buy sneakers and spend our money here, yet the staff just stood inside, watching through the glass. The entrance was blocked with red tape a full 25 minutes before closing time. Everywhere else is open and working. This empty shop seemed barricaded against customers. I won’t be purchasing anything here. :(

Как и в других отзывах, я столкнулся с проблемой — в воскресенье в 13:20 попал на преграду из красных лент. Чтобы меня пропустили, мне пришлось явно показать, что я хочу войти. На вопрос "почему?" ответили, что у них всего два сотрудника. Ладно, но все же в магазине было три покупателя, включая одну пару. Сотрудники не обращают внимания, пока их не заставишь. Кажется, они что-то протестуют, но из-за этого репутация магазина ухудшается, по крайней мере, для меня.

Ужасно. Часы работы указаны как с 10:00 до 22:00. На деле 15.04.23 в 21:00 двери уже были закрыты, а 16.04.23 в 12:20 всё ещё закрыто. И это в субботу и воскресенье! Посещение этого магазина — пустая трата времени. Когда вы вообще работаете?

В 17:45 вход уже был закрыт, хотя людей почти не было. Пытался зайти, но сотрудница начала кричать и махать руками. Очень странное поведение.

We were told to wait for 5 minutes, and the entrance was blocked with red tape. After an hour, we tried to get in again but were rudely told to wait another 5 minutes. This behavior is unacceptable. It seems like the staff is trying to avoid work.

We went to all the stores searching for Adidas Superstar shoes in sizes 38 and 37.5, but none of them had these common sizes! Only one staff member at the Tbilisi Mall store was friendly and attempted to provide good service. The rest of the staff seemed unmotivated and even rude. The neighboring store was much better, with lovely staff and excellent service.

The store is fine, but a bit cramped. The older woman who assisted me seemed really unhappy, easily the worst customer service I've encountered, even given the already low standards of service in Georgia.
