At 11:00, the store wasn't open! No one picked up the phone!

I can't figure out why Georgian shops struggle to provide decent service. It's like staff think it's not their job to answer questions or help you make the right choice. I called ahead to ask about a specific product for a kid, checked the return policies, and confirmed I could exchange sizes if needed. Only after sorting out these details did I go to the store to make a choice. When I arrived, I found out I could indeed exchange sizes, but there was only one helmet model in one size for juniors—just different colors—so basically, there were no options. No returns because of the sale, and exchanging for something else was also impossible. To top it off, there was a rude, arrogant guy with a stoned expression and annoying voice who clearly hated to deal with me. My first and definitely last visit to this shop. Learn some manners and how to communicate with customers who are there to spend money and pay your salaries.

Strongly suggest checking out this place. The staff is always welcoming and attentive, making sure each customer is happy and leaves with exactly what they're looking for.

The prices are on the high side, but I really like this place.

This shop is fantastic for boards! It's the only spot in Tbilisi where I could find Dakine backpacks. The staff is friendly, and the products are top-notch. I highly recommend it!

Я с радостью собирался примерить новые кроссовки, но каково же было моё удивление, когда оказалось, что в этом магазине нельзя ни померить, ни потрогать обувь. На сайте огромный выбор классных кроссовок, и они даже есть в наличии, но чтобы их купить, нужно делать заказ онлайн. Почему так сложно выложить товар на витрину? Покупатель хочет оценить качество, прикоснувшись к нему! Это ужасно!

This is the top spot for ski gear when it comes to quality and pricing. They truly know what to offer customers. I would highly recommend it without a doubt.

Крутой магазин с всегда актуальной информацией на сайте по ценам и наличию товаров. Продавцы знают своё дело на отлично и помогают сделать правильный выбор. Особенно выделяется консультант Бачо — он помог мне найти отличные сноубордические ботинки, в которых я теперь чувствую себя на склоне просто великолепно. Бачо, большой тебе привет! The staff here are friendly and seem to know their stuff. It's a decent spot for picking up H/H gear and possibly some quality K2 skis. However, the selection for ski equipment isn't the most extensive.

Круглосуточный режим работы — это очень удобно! Кофе здесь просто великолепен и по хорошей цене. Бургеры — огромные и невероятно вкусные (MacDonalds со своими котлетами может отдыхать 😅). Персонал отзывчивый, а место расположено очень удобно. 🤩👍
