Shop of vitamins and nutritional supplements "Vitamini ge (Alexandra Kazbegi Ave., 41)"

I have mixed feelings about this store. As for the products, I’ve been purchasing Applied Nutrition protein here for a few years and have also tried some vegan options, and I have no complaints about these. However, I once received fake Opti-Women vitamins. I’ve attached photos showing the differences between the original and the ones I got. The vitamins from here were missing the authentication scratch code and the badge near the barcode. The bottle had a different cap, and the pills were notably brighter in color.

Regarding service, the consultant at this branch is always very helpful and often suggests the most budget-friendly options, which I really appreciate. In contrast, their office staff are slow and confusing. They barely respond to messages on WhatsApp, and the information they provide doesn’t always match what's on the website. For instance, the site states, “If the total cost of the order is 200 GEL or more, delivery is free.” But on WhatsApp, they mentioned that this only applies if you order on a Monday.

To save time and avoid stress, I’d recommend getting vitamins from iHerb and protein from Amazon instead.

It's extremely difficult to get through on the hotline, and they never return calls.

As I tried to enter, the staff rudely shut the door on me, claiming there were customers inside. When one customer finally left, I attempted to go in again, but the door was slammed in my face without any acknowledgment. It's unbelievably disrespectful and unprofessional behavior.

Но вот второй сотрудник ужасно высокомерный, как будто иностранец. Ничего не объясняет, какие вещи на акции, узнавал у другого. С таким отношением товары не будут продаваться, и я больше не приду, когда он там. Лучше нанять людей, знающих хотя бы три языка.

Ужасный курьер! Приехал, всё время болтал по телефону, заставил ждать, бегал туда-сюда. Я вышла за витаминами для мужа с двухмесячным ребенком, курьер даже подойти нормально не смог, сказал, что приехал, хотя его не было видно. Кричал на меня по-грузински, отвратительно. Ассортимент нормальный, но поменяйте или хотя бы проверяйте своих курьеров. Была в шаге от того, чтобы запустить в него банкой протеина, которую он принёс.

Ужасное обслуживание. Продавец исчез посреди рабочего дня, не оставив записки на двери. Ждали около 15 минут, а когда он вернулся, отказался продавать витамины.

Don’t trust this place, they're selling counterfeit products. I bought Kevin Leverone signature series whey protein there, and when it arrived, I noticed the Leverone logo was missing from the cap. The barcode didn't match the original item either. Don't risk it, using fake products can seriously harm your health.

There are plenty of choices and the staff is supportive.

No confirmation email is sent after placing an order, which makes it hard to keep track of anything unless you call them. Updating your profile or reaching customer service through the website is also not possible. On the bright side, the delivery arrived on time in 2 working days.
