    Nice place with polite and lovely staff, but the management needs improvement. I bought a gift certificate worth a few hundred laris and was charged extra for the bag and paper to put the certificate in. Seriously? Come on :-/

    The products are fantastic, but the two staff members ignored me for 10 minutes last night. I tried to talk to them twice. Even if they don't speak English, there are other ways to communicate. They were busy chatting and using their phones. I came from Dubai and was excited to shop, but after being ignored, I left empty-handed.
