The bike looked good on the outside, but the bearings were loose and broken. I nearly got into a serious accident due to the bike's malfunctions.

I bought a Shimano derailleur from this store. They sent me a different model than I ordered, but I kept it since it suited the number of speeds. I later saw that the derailleur wasn't original. The bolts wore out quickly after tightening, and the parts looked shabby and made from cheap material. I let this slide because the seller shipped at their own expense. However, a day after installation, I tried adjusting the cable tension, and it broke. Now it doesn't shift at all. I contacted the seller about warranty repair, but they refused as soon as they heard it was broken. The seller has ignored my messages for days. I advise against dealing with this store unless you want to lose your money.
