AVOID THEM. I'm telling you. These guys should never have been authorized. They deceive and sell counterfeit accessories. They tried to make me pay extra for installing the OS on a MacBook I was buying. Then I ordered a European charger adapter from them, and it was fake. Didn't even fit in the charger, almost ruined it, and they refused to assist. AVOID THEM. No respectable Apple reseller behaves like this. No authorized reseller makes you pay extra for the OS when you buy a MacBook.

Purchased a Dyson hair dryer here, but they failed to tell me it needed a UK plug socket. It was supposed to be a gift, and now I’m stuck using an unattractive UK-EU adapter with an otherwise premium product. I'm baffled why consultants are even in the store if they don’t inform customers about these issues.

I paid 300 GEL to have the screen of my iPhone 12 Pro Max replaced, specifically asking for an original one. They lied to me—it’s not original. The screen doesn’t support True Tone, and there are strange marks on it, including issues with the keyboard. Avoid buying anything from them.

The service is absolutely terrible.

Authorized Apple Reseller! Located in the Pixel Shopping Center. The service and prices are better than other Apple stores. They provide all the documents needed for a tax refund at the border. Excellent selection of products, and anything not in stock can be ordered from the warehouse.

I purchased a new iPhone 15 Pro Max there.

I got an iPhone 14 Pro for my girlfriend here. We immediately added a glass protector and picked out a case. They provided a 2-week warranty, which isn't much, but since we'll be leaving soon, it's not an issue for us.

Камера оказалась на 100 лари дешевле, чем в других местах. Обслуживание отличное, связались по телефону, общались со мной на английском, так как я не говорю по-грузински. Просили прислать фото паспорта, все детали уточнили, спросили, хочу ли я доставку. Я выбрала самовывоз, спросили, из какого филиала мне удобнее забрать товар, и отправили адрес. Минус — не получили чек для tax free и вообще никакого чека не дали.

I purchased two items for 99 lari and 39 lari. At checkout, the total came to 168 lari, which is an extra 30 lari. When I asked about the discrepancy, they tried to sell me additional cases instead of offering a refund. I walked out, feeling embarrassed to deal with people who operate like this. Absolutely disgraceful.

Отвратительный сервис. Обещали вернуть налог после обмена, но позже сказали, что это невозможно. На кассе оказалось, что в моем цвете нет eSim, что мне совсем не подходит. Мне предлагали вернуть мой телефон из обмена. Спросил, могу ли использовать бонус за обмен на другой товар, чтобы получить возврат налога на дорогой iPhone. Это сделали бы в другом магазине, а здесь — нет. В итоге: пришлось купить цвет, который мне не нравится, и я потерял 150 долларов на возврате налога. Это ужасно. Надо было пойти к их конкурентам.
